Dear Members,

By having believed very early in AOC (Apla Omega Coin) , you are eligible to benefit freely and voluntarily from the project "COACHAMS AOCx2 OPPORT" which allows you to save between 80% and 100% of the total quantity of AOC that you obtained before the May 3, 2021, date of the AOC's listing on the stock market.

You can also do it cumulatively with the quantity of AOC that you would have bought on the exchanges (LATOKEN and UNISWAP) after May 3, 2021 by applying the same percentage as previously defined.

AOC saving subscriptions period run from Monday June 7, 2021 to Monday June 14, 2021 at 00:00 (GMT + 1 / Cotonou time).

The period of effect of said savings, meanwhile, is from Tuesday June 15, 2021 to Friday December 31, 2021 at 00:00 (GMT + 1 / Cotonou time).

The distribution of the total quantity of AOC obtained (capital x 2) during this period will be as follows:

January 1, 2022 (from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. GMT + 1) : Each beneficiary (AOC CVM and AOC CMM) receives all of his or her subscribed AOC capital.

March 1, 2022 (from 8 a.m. to 12 pm. GMT + 1) : Each beneficiary (AOC CVM and AOC CMM) receives 20% of his or her interest.

May 1, 2022 (from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. GMT + 1) : Each beneficiary (AOC CVM and AOC CMM) receives 30% of his or her interest.

July 1, 2022 (from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. GMT + 1): Each beneficiary (AOC CVM and AOC CMM) receives 50% of his or her interest.

PRECISIONS:

1. Only AOC CVMs and AOC CMMs are eligible for this project, the extension phase of which could later benefit AOC ECMs ( AOC Extended Community Members). But with lower interests or advantages compared AOC CVMs and AOC CMMs ;

2. Only METAMASK public keys present in AOCFINANCE database are eligible for this project;

3. Any incoming AOC transaction on your eligible METAMASK public key must be carried out until Sunday, June 6, 2021 (at 00h GMT + 1 / Cotonou time) at the latest.

4. Until Sunday, June 6, 2021, each AOC CVM and AOC CMM who freely and voluntarily wishes to benefit from COACHAMS AOCx2 OPPORT project is called upon to provision his or her eligible METAMASK public key with at least $ 100 of Ethereum to bear the transaction fees.

5. The public key of the METAMASK wallet dedicated to COACHAMS AOCx2 OPPORT project will be made public no later than Sunday 6 June 2021 (at 00h GMT + 1 / Cotonou hour). And this, via all official communication channels of AOC and for the purposes of allowing the entire AOC Community International  in general and the beneficiaries of COACHAMS AOCx2 OPPORT project in particular to track down or monitor the zero transaction state of said portfolio throughout along the process.

6. Participation in COACHAMS AOCx2 OPPORT must go through the following 2 phases:

• Sending the amount of AOC to save on the AOC dedicated portfolio referred to in point 4 above.

• Proper completion of the form designed for this purpose which will be posted online inside the back office of each AOC CVM and AOC CMM before the start of the AOC savings subscription phase.

7. Any attempt at fraud will banish its author from AOC Community International without notice.

8. Anyone who saves or subscribes the entire amount of AOC they have held until Sunday June 6, 2021 (at 00h GMT + 1 / Cotonou time) will be granted special bonuses which will be announced later. Understand who can understand!

9. Before June 7, 2021, by the grace of God, you will already have a favorable outcome to all your pending complaints and you will have already regained access to your AOC FINANCE account.
